These transitions may include the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in health or identity, retirement, relocation, or other turning points that shift one’s sense of stability and direction. Although each person’s circumstances are unique, many share a similar experience: the feeling that life no longer looks the way it once did, and the path forward feels unclear.

Life transitions often bring a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and physical responses. Grief, uncertainty, anxiety, and reflection are natural parts of adjusting to change. Together, we can explore these experiences and navigate the evolving landscape of your life with care and understanding.

My goal is to bring compassion, empathy, and dignity to this process. I offer thoughtful, gentle guidance tailored to each client’s needs and goals, helping you develop ways of coping that acknowledge and honour your emotions rather than pushing them aside. In therapy, we work at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for insight, resilience, and growth.
